The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Arizona, Inc. (SACC Arizona) celebrated its 15th anniversary on November 30th, 2011. This event was held in connection with the Arizona Chambers annual holiday party at the prestigious Arizona Country Club in Phoenix, Arizona.

Chairman and President Tobias Lofstrand had the great pleasure to introduce a group of excellent speakers, including former Honorary Consul, Mr. Lars Lagerman, Bryan Cave LLP, founder and Honorary Board member of SACC Arizona, along with Mr. Doug Bruhnke, Arizona International Growth Group, Arizona Council for International Visitors, Growth Nation, and Mr. Kristian Richardson, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Commercial Service.

With the traditional Swedish style buffet dinner the guests had a chance to enjoy both pickled herring and Swedish meatballs to the tunes of Swedish holiday music.

The State of Arizona has a very attractive business climate for international companies who are expanding or establishing a presence in the US. SACC Arizona is currently working closely with the Arizona Commerce Authority to attract and inform Swedish businesses and organizations to take a closer look at Arizona for their business needs.
