SACC-USA’s president, Therese Lindé was recently interviewed by the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet. The Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce’s contribution to the Swedish-American exchange and SACC’s upcoming activities were highlighted in the story.
“We aim to facilitate business creation and expansion on both sides of the Atlantic. This is done primarily through linking companies with members in our network. There are a lot of entrepreneurs in our regional chambers’ network who have started up businesses in the U.S. themselves. They know their local market well and can provide other members with important knowledge and valuable connections,” says Ms. Lindé in the interview.
A lot of activities in the pipeline
“September 14-16, SACC-USA hosts the 14th edition of the Swedish-American Entrepreneurial Days, this time in Växjö and Karlskrona, focusing on environmental technology and IT / telecom. The conference is a meeting place to do business, exchange experiences and expand networks. Business Matchmaking is an important component, usually there are approximately 500 meetings conducted,” Ms. Linde continues.
