The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Georgia (SACC-Georgia) is a non-profit organization promoting the exchange of business, trade, investment, technology, and culture between Sweden and the state of Georgia, U.S.A. This is achieved by a combination of networking events, trade programs, and various member services. SACC-Georgia helps accelerate business growth by connecting companies with the right resources, conducting market research and performing feasibility studies. The goal when developing trade programs is to attain sufficient market intelligence allowing the business to make qualified decisions on how to successfully and cost-effectively expand its operation in the U.S.A. The SACC-Georgia office is located in Atlanta.

The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Georgia offers a position as Business Development Trainee. This is a position filled with opportunities for you to develop both personally and professionally. As the Marketing Coordinator Trainee of SACC-Georgia you need to be able to work independently under supervision and simultaneously be involved in various projects. Being service minded is as important to us as your professional skills. Training tasks include promoting the Chamber, organizing various Chamber events and routine administrative tasks. Other tasks involve writing articles for the SACC-Georgia newsletter, membership development and keeping our website up to date.
Knowledge within accounting is considered an additional qualification.

To participate in the SACC-USA Trainee Program, you must be a current or recent student at a Swedish institution of higher learning (category intern) or have a degree from such an institution and one year’s experience in the field (category trainee). The intern/trainee should have the intention to return to Sweden at the end of the training period.
