logotypeThe Mid-Sweden Sustainability Exchange Program offers a traineeship in Sweden for American students and young professionals. The successful candidate gets an opportunity to work on issues related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability. The trainee position is at SCA in the Sundsvall area of Sweden in partnership with Mid-Sweden Chamber of Commerce. Please press the button below for position description.

The traineeship will take place between mid-September and mid-December, 2016. Air fare and accommodations will be provided. The traineeship is unpaid.

The Mid-Sweden Sustainability Exchange Program is collaboration between the Mid-Sweden Chamber of Commerce, the Swedish American Chambers of Commerce (SACC-USA), and the Embassy of Sweden in Washington, D.C.

Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens, at least 21 years of age, and have a genuine interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and/or environmental issues. Both young professionals and students are welcome to apply.

Program Details: Three months between September and December. The exact dates are decided between the successful candidates and SCA but the stay in Sweden will not exceed three months.  Air fare and accommodations will be provided. The traineeship is unpaid. The selected trainee must have a valid U.S. passport and submit proof of travel insurance.
