Job Description
As an Electrical Engineering Intern you will be responsible for electrical and electronic components design and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with theoretical concepts of electricity and electronics. The applicant is expected to have familiarity with design tools, Microsoft Office suite and basic electronics lab equipment. Having hands-on experience with lab equipment and ECAD software, would be beneficial.
How you will spend your time:
Acquire and analyze electrical system data.
Analyze and select materials and components for electrical systems.
Prepare design layouts, diagrams, wiring harnesses, electrical systems, bills of material, and drawings/schematics of components and assemblies with supporting calculations, in support of the overall system design.
Follow testing requirements for functions and provide documentation.
Perform prototype level assemblies of wiring harnesses.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Student of Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree.
Knowledge of electrical circuit design, components, systems and controls.
Experience with MS Office software.
Knowledge of electronic systems.
Highly organized and efficient.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Wiring Harness design.
Knowledge of Electronic Hardware design.
Practical, "hands on", electrical experience is desired.
