If your selected candidate has not already been screened by SACC-USA, please send his or her resume to ck@sacc-usa.org for pre-approval.

• Training Agreement Form. Please download, print, sign and submit to SACC-USA.
• Training Internship/Training Placement Plan, DS-7002. Please read instructions, fill out online form, print, sign and submit to SACC-USA.
